Create an XLM deployment file

Hi there, I work in a cooperate environment and need someone to assist me creating an ODT depolyment XML file that will uninstall Office 365 and install Office 2013 Pro Plus. The users had Office 2013 Pro Plus before, but we are rolling them back due to issues with certain programs.
