Convert XML to SQL, and then later Convert SQL to XML
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am seeking someone who can convert a medium-sized XML file ranging from 1MB-10MB and located in moderate complexity to a SQL database. The chosen freelancer must also create a database schema while completing the project. I am looking for someone with experience in performing the conversion from XML to SQL and vice versa. If you believe you are qualified to assist with this task, then please do not hesitate to submit a proposal.
Here is a copy of the XML file we are working with.
Our goal is to get this into SQL, and then we will add and edit UPC’s. And also to add values to the picture tags.
We also intend to add completely new “Item” entries. For each new “Item” we’ll set values for the UPC, and also for various tags including Department, IsQuantity etc. Also also for “Description” under just one of the many “Language” blocks. All the rest of the tags will be the same for all items.
Then once we have created / edited all of these items, we'll want to recreate the XML file.
