Bulk WooCommerce Product Migration

Product Migration & Catalog Build – WooCommerce

I have two websites:

Catalog Website – this site already contains
• All product images
• Product information
• Categories and structure

New WordPress + WooCommerce Store – this is the destination site where I want the products to be fully built and published.

Project Goal

Rebuild and migrate 200+ variable products from my catalog website into my WooCommerce store, with full accuracy and clean structure.

You are free to choose the most efficient method (manual build, CSV/XML import, WP All Import, Product CSV Import Suite, etc.), as long as the final result matches the catalog site exactly.

I will provide full access to both sites and any export files needed.

Scope of Work

Each product must include:

• Variable products with all variations
• Correct prices, SKUs, and stock status
• 4–5 gallery images per product (hosted on the new server)
• Existing SEO-friendly slugs (or identical structure where possible)
• Categories and tags recreated or mapped exactly as on the catalog site
• Proper placement in menus and navigation
• Clean product URLs with no broken links

Deliverables

✔️ 200+ variable products published and visible in WooCommerce
✔️ All product images loading correctly from the new server
✔️ Variations, pricing, SKUs, stock, categories, and tags preserved
✔️ No missing thumbnails, no broken links
✔️ Products displayed correctly in shop, category pages, and menus

Validation & Completion

Once you confirm the migration is complete, I will perform a spot check.
If everything aligns with the catalog site, we’ll finalize the project immediately.
