Build XML and Schema file

I am needed assistance with building an xml file (data will be provided in excel file) and a schema file (conditions will be provided). Data size is fairly small and will not require much time.
Main priorities are creating an optimal structure for data within xml file and able to detect errors using schema file (and included conditions).
