API/XML Integration Car Auction

Hi, I need a developer who can help me integrate XML/API file into LaraClassifier script. I also need a bidding plugin for the script.

I am using this script for car dealers.

"My Domain"<-- will be a platform for car dealers where they can signup and advertise their cars.
In my country most car dealers are using Billink.no to manage their car inventories and ads.
Billink.no provides an API/XML file which can be used to import ads on iauto.no

Í want you to make it possible for my users to bring ads from billink.no to iauto.no.
Our users should be able to advertise their cars for fixed price or enable the ad as auction ad so that reguler users can login and bid.

LaraClassifier script provides users management system. ( Admin - Super Admin )
I am thinking to add a new role ( Car Dealers. ) Only these users will have access to import ads from Billink.no

XML Extract URL of a single dealer: https://billink.no/page2_xml.php?kode=d1adeea9-08a7-4c50-96db-d9379eae8a2a&butikk=iautoas

"iautoas" in above url is a unique ID of the dealer. Each user will have their own unique ID.
