E-commerce Virtual Assistant - Xero & Shopify
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I need an efficient virtual assistant who has mastered using Xero Accounting Software and Shopify. Your main tasks will include:
- Email Management: You will be primarily handling customer inquiries. Strong communication skills are required to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Xero Accounting Work: You will be responsible for invoicing and billing. Familiarity with Xero is paramount for this responsibility. No payroll tasks will be included.
Your proficiency in Shopify tasks and data entry duties will be an advantage. Previous experience as an e-commerce VA is ideal, as well as a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, primarily Shopify.
