I use Xero for our day-to-day finances and need a hand keeping the books tidy. The immediate priority is to stay fully up-to-date with bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping inside Xero, so every transaction is coded correctly and all balances match our statements.
Alongside that, I want a fresh invoice template built directly in Xero. The focus is on the overall layout and design—spacing, fonts, colours and section placement—so the finished PDF looks polished and aligns with our existing brand style.
