Virtual Assistant 6 hours a week, Australia Melbourne time zone, ongoing 12 month contract (Xero, Database Management, Squarespace, Ecommerce))
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
Hello, I am looking for a talented virtual assistant that can work with me the following times:
Every Wednesday 11pm - 4pm Australia Time (Melbourne),
I need you to be available via chat in those times. English language must be fluent please. Your task will include:
- Creating Invoices via XERO
- Reconciling invoices via XERO
- Input products into Squarespace - ecommerce
- Change quantity and Sales on Squarespace
- Email and contact buyers about products purchased
- Email and contact artists about their artworks and exhibitions (installation and desintallation)
- Request images from artists
- Upload images to Squarespace
- Upload content to Squarespace
- Communicate with artists about information including dates of their exhibition (all using email templates)
This will be a 12 month contract starting on the 5th January 2023 with hope of extending for a further year. Payment will be made monthly.
