Telecommunications Co. Xero Accounting Setup
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
New Xero accounting setup from scratch for a US based telecommunications business. All I did so far was create a new Xero and linked the bank, paypal, stripe accounts to Xero.
1. You will need to help set up everything and help me reconcile all of the existing items going back a couple of years. 2. I desire to make n8n automated workflows myself that create new customer and vendor accounts to Xero, and also posts customer invoice amounts and payments into Xero. Need someone knowledgeable in the pros and cons of having the customer pay within Xero or to pay in a 3rd party system and post the credits and debits to Xero so that we can work through this workflow and make it easier for accounting and operations.
3. This is for bookkeeping, but if you are also familiar with how to associate appropriate USA IRS tax lines for COGS, debts, etc.
4. We will have a Canadian entity running in a few months so if you also have previous experience with Canadian GAAP, multi currency accounting, and income taxes that will be really helpful.
