Stock Management System Developer (WooCommerce & Xero Integration)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced developer or development team to create a custom Stock Management System that integrates seamlessly with our existing WooCommerce website and Xero accounting software. This system will streamline our inventory management, support our sales workflows, and improve stock visibility for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a custom stock management solution that:

Integrates with WooCommerce to manage product listings and online sales.

Syncs live invoice and stock data directly with Xero, ensuring consistency between accounting and inventory records.

Enable sales staff to continue entering invoices directly into Xero without disrupting stock levels.

Ensure the system allows for backordering and selling stock not currently in stock, by pulling accurate available stock data from Xero instead of solely from WooCommerce.

Develop an intuitive reporting dashboard for the business owner to:

Easily generate stock level reports.

Identify products low in stock.

Receive automated email notifications when stock drops below predefined minimum levels.

Requirements:
Proven experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, and Xero API integrations.

Demonstrated track record of developing custom inventory management systems or plugins.

Ability to design user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools.

Strong understanding of workflows involving online sales and manual invoice entries.

Excellent communication skills to understand operational needs and translate them into reliable software functionality.
