Experienced Bookkeeper Needed for Ongoing Financial Management
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage our financial records, manage monthly billing & reconcile transactions for quarterly Vat returns. Knowledge of Xero & Go Cardless is essential and ability to use Excel also needed.
Responsibilities include:-
1. Reconciling transactions from 3rd party systems in Xero
2. Update invoices where needed
3. Ensuring payments are received via GoCardless
4. Manage monthly billing cycle & bulk upload customer transaction data into Xero
5. Reconcile bank accounts & Xero
6. Manage ad hoc queries

Mandatory Requirements
1. Experience working with Xero & GoCardless systems
2. Fluent in business English
3. Good excel skills
Time Needed
- Initially probably only approx 6 hours per month
- More time needed in Vat months
- Looking for someone with the ability to expand hours with the business
- Other finance work & hours available if wanted
