Customisable Xero Invoice Template Design

I’m looking for someone who can create a polished, fully branded invoice template for Xero that I can upload and start using right away. The template has to respect two non-negotiable layout details: the invoice date must display in dd/mm/yyyy format, and there needs to be a dedicated field for state vendor numbers. Beyond that, I want the freedom to keep evolving the document myself—adding or removing fields, tweaking colours, fonts or logos, and rewriting any of the text blocks whenever my terms change.

If you’re familiar with Xero’s .docx-based custom templates and how its merge fields work, this should be straightforward. I’ll supply my logo, colour palette and any wording you need as soon as we get started, and I’d appreciate a quick handover call or set of notes so I understand how to edit the template later without breaking the layout.

Deliverable:
• One Xero-ready invoice template (.docx) accurately reflecting the requirements above
• Instructions on how to upload the file into the Xero template area
• Instructions on how to edit the file later

Acceptance:
• Date shows as dd/mm/yyyy and aligns correctly.
• Vendor number field pulls through cleanly.
• All text, field blocks and design elements remain editable in Word and re-upload to Xero without errors.
