I am in need of a talented group of professionals to optimize my e-commerce store, manage my accounts, and enhance my digital presence.

1. Shopify Web Developer (Full Stack): This individual will be responsible for:
- Creating and editing custom pages on Shopify
- Fixing and improving the user interface design of the checkout process
- Enhancing payment gateway integration
- Boosting speed and performance of the checkout process

Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end Shopify development.

2. Xero/Accounts Expert: This professional will handle:
- Reconciliations
- Monthly reporting
- Ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in Xero

An ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proven expertise in using Xero.

3. Digital Marketing Expert: This individual will oversee:
- All our digital marketing efforts
- Managing Google tools integration with Shopify
- Handling social media campaigns primarily on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram

Candidates with proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, particularly on the specified platforms, will be preferred.
