I need reliable, accuracy-focused help entering financial data into my bookkeeping system so that my personal records stay tidy and ready for individual tax filing later on.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Record day-to-day transactions from bank and credit-card statements, receipts, and invoices.
• Categorise each entry correctly and keep the chart of accounts clean.
• Reconcile balances so statements match my ledger at the end of every period.
My current priority is data entry; once the books are in shape, I may ask for individual tax preparation, so familiarity with that process is a plus. I’m comfortable working in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or a comparable cloud platform—let me know which you prefer.
