SwiftUI Sourdough Companion App Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building a sourdough baking companion app in SwiftUI that helps people track their starters and feedings. The app is partially built but currently unstable — it crashes due to SwiftData model issues and project configuration problems.
I need an experienced SwiftUI + SwiftData developer to:
• Fix SwiftData models (Starter, Feeding) so they save and query properly
• Resolve build errors (duplicate models, entitlements, crashes)
• Ensure the project builds & runs cleanly on Xcode 15 / iOS 17+
• Add a minimal working flow: create → list → view → edit starters & feedings
• Improve the UI/UX so the app looks clean, modern, and flows smoothly between screens
• Make the app feel fun and welcoming for bakers (simple, clean design with a sourdough theme)
Deliverables:
• A stable, compiling project that runs in simulator and on device
• Clean UI layout (SwiftUI best practices, spacing, typography, navigation)
• Short README with setup instructions & any notes
• Optional: recommendations for future baking-related features (like hydration calculator, recipe logging, etc.)
Tech Stack:
• SwiftUI
• SwiftData
• Xcode 15+
What I’m looking for:
• Proven experience with SwiftUI + SwiftData (please share examples/screenshots)
• Ability to polish the design so it’s simple, intuitive, and on-theme
• Good communication & documentation
