Xamarin Forms application that can display a simple graph

I am looking for a person that can create a Xamarin Forms application that has one screen that shows a graph of a linear equation:
x(y)=8y*y
The graph should look something like that attached and there would be no need for screen input.
Deliverables:
• An application that displays a screen like attached.
• Modify the application to show a graph for x(y) = sin(y) and have it display that on a screen.
