Xamarin App - Quick Update Needed

I just need a Xamarin Developer for the next few hours to assist with a simple job:
1. Splash screen implemented
2. Redesign of 2x views / screens of an existing app (Login and register page)
I'll give you the designs and the existing app; you just need to implement the new splash screen and redesign the XAML for the 2 views of the IOS app build in Xamarin with Visual Studio.
I need it done in the next 12 hours :) Please confirm you can start right away.
Likely take someone who knows what they are doing 2-3 hours.
