Small code snippets in xamarin

i need someone experienced in xamarin to write small modules / snippets of codes for my ongoing works.
basically its an already built project that we keep on adding modules.
this requires us to have some experienced person to do them.
i will pay hourly on this as this is ongoing work.

current code is just a video player that will stream a network video for 5 sec on the load of activity then stop.
