Require Xamarin/MAUI developer for a trading app development

We are looking for a Xamarin/MAUI designer who will be able to design/develop a basic multi brokerage farm trading app in a reasonable amount of time and money, the app should be functional with dummy static data. The app needs to include the following features and complete source code, resources, documentation along with the rights to modify without any consent needs be transferred to us:
• All the screen needs to designed in such a way, that it looks good in different screen sizes (e.g. mobile, tablet or in normal computer screen). All the screens should be in English.
• PIN based login
• Application start-up screen
• Accept Terms & Condition screen
• Navigation screen to show different page navigation options.
• Setting screen.
It needs to give user to setup different brokerage accounts (from a supported list). The user should configure username/password. Option needs to be there to unlink/delete the details too. When setting up the detail’s user can mark the symbols as favourite so that it will show in the favourites watchlist. Also if the firm supports multiple trading symbol, then user can specify which all to include (there can be chances when the firm doesn’t support any linkage option, so in that case username/password will not be there).
• Watchlist screen to show the current prices of the symbols based on selected brokerage firm (what was already selected in the in the settings screen). In this screen there should be some option to show only the Favourites or all the symbols. Based on the screen size some of the fields may need to show hide. This screen needs to show the following:
o Give option to select the brokerage (if multiple accounts configured). Default it to 1st one
o Give option to select Trading symbol (if that brokerage firm supports multiple)
o Give option to select the duration (may be 5Min/1Hour etc.)
o Show the following in such a way it looks good in multi-screen sizes. Some of the fields may be hidden on certain screens though:
 Symbol (image with Code)
 Change % (will be based on the duration selected)
 Change graph (will be based on the duration selected).
 Buy & Sell price
 Invested Quantity
 Current Value of the quantity
 Profit/Loss along with %
 Option to manage the existing trades and directly go to buy screen for the Trade pair (Brokerage/Symbol/Trade Symbol). For the manage screen, it can directly open the portfolio screen with the selected pair
• Portfolio screen, it should give similar filters as the Watchlist screen (Brokerage Firm/Trade Symbol/Symbol) the Symbol can be set as selected when opened from Watchlist screen. Based on the screen size some of the fields may need to show hide. This screen needs to show the following:
o Trade Time
o Symbol
o Trade Symbol
o Invested Quantity
o Invested Amount
o Unit price
o Current Price
o Profit/Loss along with %
o Actions
 Close the trade
 Sell the Traded amount
• Preference screen, in this screen user should be able to set the following:
o Add/Remove Brokerage/Trade Symbol/ Symbol from the favourites
o Set default screen to open after authentication, Watchlist/Portfolio

Apart from above, no paid library can be used and if any other open source library is used it should be communicated before project start-up.
