PlayTube Android Xamarin Native App Customizations

I have an app that is build on PlayTube Android Xamarine Native
which hosts videos & shorts content(tiktok-like)
the app is fully functional I need two mods,
#1- When watching videos it some times crops the video hiding part of the frame from top-bottom, & make the video wide, I want the viewsport to be adaptive depending onthe aspect ration of the video and or by default the viewport be 16:9 since 80% of normal videos are 16:9

#2- I want to Enable Shorts access without login, currently it requires users to login to access shorts tab/section
