ASAP - Need help uploading new version of a Xamarin app to AppStore and Google Play

A Xamarin project was handed to me. I need to upload a new version to AppStore and iOS. I don't know how to so need your help to upload this new version.
It's required that you do this from my account using TeamViewer.
