Integrate Existing Xamarin Form App with Google Assistant

I am looking for a developer who can integrate my existing Xamarin Form app with Google Assistant. I don't have a Google Cloud Platform account, but I require the integration of the Google Assistant app with my existing app. Specifically, I want to add voice commands for app control.
