Custom Xamarin Maps Renderer for iOS and Android

Hello!
We need a custom Maps renderer in Xamarin Forms for iOS and Android.
The renderer must be able to place multiple custom images/icons on the map based on coordinates by using a simple function like: map.AddIcon(location-position,image-location,annotation-text);
We must also be able to click the icon / image and the annotation text must appear above the icon/image.. See example Image below (I have just taken a copy & paste of an icon over my existing annotation pin which is to be replaced with this project):
