Create a ‘hello world’ Xamarin Project to comminate with Bluetooth LE devices.

We require simple example code (in Visual Studio / .NET Framework) of connecting and communicating with a Bluetooth device.

Steps

1. Open App
2. Search for Bluetooth LE devices
3. Connect to Bluetooth LE
4. Send commands
- Send byte command to Bluetooth Service
- Get byte response
5. Listen for commands issued by Bluetooth Service
- Receive byte command
- Send byte response
