Convert vb .net code to Xamarin and basic android and IOS app

There are three tasks
1- Convert small project contain around 3 screen from vb.net to Xamarin.
Old Application build on MS Sql I need to change to MySql
2- Build Android app using same above desktop application but other functions.
3- Build IOS app using same desktop application (same android app functions).
