Build a dating app based on the event a user is attending.

I'm a developer that would like an app built that I will be able to maintain. This is also the initial stage and will be hoping to work with a team that I will be able to use for maintaining and building new features in future. I am also able to work with the team in needed to architect the app..
I have attached detailed requirements. Below is a high level overview of the project I'd like built.
The intention is that it's designed as a dating app however it can also be used to find new friends attending the same event as you.
The user will create an event in private or at a venue. they will have the ability to invite their friends via contacts imported from other contacts such as Twitter, Facebook, gmail, email or phone number. The can allow others to invite other people if they wish. The people attending will be able to invite others to the event that they have been invited to and so on.
Once a user is attending an event either private or at a venue they have the ability to view others and match with them the same way a user would match with another user in Tinder.
The events can be created at a location by the user or an existing location from a list populated by an api such as yelp or google places.
