Add pages to xamarin forms

There is an GitHub project I want to edit. I like to add Register/login(https://www.syncfusion.com/blogs/post/replicating-an-app-login-screen-in-xamarin-forms.aspx) and 1 additional page of user labels that will be saved to database. The page for x.users will be retrieved by x.admin where they will rate x.users 1-10 for each label.
