Write a Poem out of 8 Songs

Hey, I am looking for a poem as a part of a present for my boyfriend. The present will be a vinyl with a few songs. I would love to add a poem to it which consists of (almost 100%) lyrics lines of all 8 songs. I would love the reader to recognize each song (at least when listening to it) in the poem and the poem to have as little "external"-words as possible (only necessary for understanding and structure). The mood should be around love, the great days we've already spent together & the future together. The length of the poem is secondary - should be long enough to accommodate each song (so at least 8 lines) and not too long to make it difficult to read
