I have a non-fiction Christian leadership field manual consisting of 12 chapters, an introduction, and a conclusion that needs a quick yet thoughtful review. I am focused entirely on how well the material hangs together—its structure, flow, pacing, and logical progression—rather than on grammar, spelling, or fact-checking.
What I need from you is insight at two levels:
• A top-level appraisal that tells me whether the overall architecture of the book guides the reader naturally from the introduction through each chapter to the conclusion.
• Chapter-by-chapter notes that flag sections that feel out of order, repetitive, or abrupt, along with suggestions for smoother transitions or reshuffling.
I do not have a prescribed framework you must follow; please apply your best editorial judgment and experience with Christian, leadership, or instructional texts to recommend improvements.
Deliverables
• A brief summary report (1-2 pages) outlining high-level structural observations and your recommended next steps.
