I have a completed draft of the next book in my ongoing series and I’m ready for a meticulous proofread before it heads to beta readers. What I need most is a sharp eye on consistency and clarity—everything from timelines and character motivations to subtle world-building details that must line up with the previous installments. The manuscript has already passed through basic copy-editing, so surface-level grammar and punctuation should only be flagged when they interrupt the flow; the primary goal is to make sure nothing contradicts itself or leaves the reader confused.

You’ll receive the full Word document, and I’d like all suggestions made using Track Changes. A concise summary note outlining any larger continuity issues or places where the logic feels thin will also help me address bigger rewrites quickly.
