Polish Cover & Query Letters

I have a single-page cover letter and a single-page query letter that will go straight to publishers and literary agents. Both documents already contain the core message; what they need now is a sharp professional finish.

Your task is to tighten every sentence for impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation, weed out any fluff so the voice stays crisp and concise, and ensure the overall formatting and structure make the letters easy to scan at a glance. The end result must retain my tone—confident yet courteous—while projecting the polished professionalism agents expect.

Please work in Microsoft Word or Google Docs with Track Changes enabled so I can review every edit, and supply a clean final copy of each letter as well. Both pieces must stay within one printed page apiece once you’re done.
