Liability Assessment for Wellness Website

I need a report assessing liability issues for my health and wellness website (drmirkin.com) and measures to reduce risk. The site covers mental health, physical fitness, diet and nutrition, and general medical issues for the general public.
I have a draft assessment and list of remediations prepared by AI that can be used as the starting point for the requested document. I have uploaded this information.
The blog posts are presently written by Dr Mirkin. The plan is to have them written by AI in exactly his style, and have him review them. At some point, he will no longer review them. We will engage another physician to review them. We would like to know the liability implications of these different approaches.
