Future World Nonfiction Book
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m looking for an experienced developmental editor to work closely with me on refining a nonfiction book that explores the profound transformation AI and emerging technologies will bring to society.
The book examines the convergence of AI, robotics, and biotechnology, and how these forces are reshaping civilization. It is written for an intelligent general audience and aims to be both thought-provoking and accessible, similar in spirit to works by authors like Yuval Noah Harari, Walter Isaacson, and Mustafa Suleyman.
The manuscript is largely complete. What I need now is a strong developmental editor who can help sharpen the structure, strengthen the narrative arc, and ensure the ideas flow clearly and powerfully across chapters.
What I’m looking for:
• Strong experience editing nonfiction thought-leadership or big-ideas books.
• Ability to improve structure, argument clarity, pacing, and chapter sequencing.
• Someone comfortable working with complex interdisciplinary material (technology, economics, society).
• A collaborator preserving the author's voice.
Project timeline:
I’m looking to move quickly and would ideally like to complete the developmental editing process within 10–15 days.
I plan to collaborate closely with the editor during this process, but the editor’s expertise and judgment will guide the final structure.
