Epic Fantasy Adventure Novel

I'm seeking a talented novelist to help me finish my fantasy sci-fi. I have everything planned out scene to scene with full character arcs, a world and everything but the actual book. Ive had this idea for a while and meticulously fleshed it out over the years but am just not a writer.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
I need someone with the ability to capture my vision and make it into an entertaining novel. I would really like someone who takes notes well and gets excited about the project. Someone who asks questions about the world and the characters and can add ideas to improve. Also the ability to memorize a lot because i have a word doc with 5000 words of lore of the world and scene descriptions and characters and such.
