I’m preparing to widen the reach of my published poetry collections and would like a set of heartfelt, personal reviews that speak directly to literary enthusiasts. Each review should read as though the reviewer was genuinely moved, reflecting on the core themes and messages that run through the work rather than dissecting technical form or meter.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A separate review for each collection (I’ll provide the PDFs once we start).
• 50 words per review, written in an emotional, first-person style that still feels authentic—not flowery praise but lived experience.
• Concrete references to the themes and messages you found most affecting, showing future readers why the poems matter on a deeper level.
Once you deliver a draft, I’ll let you know if any nuance around specific themes needs a stronger highlight. After revisions, the reviews will be posted on online retail pages and my author site, so they must be original and publication-ready.
