Dual-Format Report Writing

I have several reports that must exist in two identical formats: a neatly handwritten version and a clean, well-formatted computer document (Word or Google Docs). I will supply the core information, structure, and any data tables; you turn that into polished prose.

For the handwritten copy, I need clear, legible writing on unlined A4 or US-letter paper, scanned at high resolution (300 dpi or better) and delivered as PDF. The typed version should mirror that text word-for-word, using consistent headings and basic styling for readability.

Deliverables
• PDF scan of the handwritten report
• Editable DOCX (or Google Doc link) of the same content
• Both files named to the convention I’ll share once we start
