U.S. Based Client Relations and Publishing Support
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I work on a U.S. schedule and need dependable support during those same hours. Day to day we will work with clients to help them publish Press articles and build a contributor network.
Client communication will be your primary arena, so I’m looking for polished writing, active listening, and the confidence to speak up when something is unclear. Excellent grammar, a warm yet professional tone, and quick response times are non-negotiable.
You should already feel at home in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive). If you also enjoy experimenting with AI tools to draft emails faster, summarize meetings, or streamline task tracking, that curiosity will be put to good use.
Deliverables I will measure weekly:
• Inbox zero with priority emails flagged or drafted for my review
• A conflict-free calendar, including buffers and travel time when needed
• Updated project tracker showing tasks completed, next steps, owners, and deadlines
• Brief end-of-week recap highlighting wins, blockers, and any skills or processes you learned and applied
Flexibility and a willingness to pick up new platforms or workflows are essential; I’ll happily invest in your training as long as you put lessons into practice. If this sounds like the right fit, let’s talk about getting you started this week.
