What you will write

You will create evergreen, high-intent content that ranks and drives product adoption, including:

Portfolio-building guides (how to build a portfolio, what to include, portfolio structure by role, case study writing, demo reel tips)

Job search playbooks for artists (applications, art tests, interviews, recruiter expectations, portfolio reviews)

Freelancing systems (pricing, proposals, contracts, scope control, client communication, delivery, revisions)

Practical templates and checklists (portfolio checklists, project breakdown templates, outreach email templates, art test planning templates)

Curated success stories and interviews (real artists describing what worked, including before/after portfolio improvements)

Select industry updates only when they support evergreen intent (not generic news posts)

Requirements

Proven SEO writing experience, including keyword research, search intent matching, and internal linking strategy

Ability to write for specific creative roles (game artist, 3D modeler, animator, illustrator, UI artist, etc.)

Strong storytelling and clarity, with practical examples and actionable steps

Familiarity with freelancing and hiring pipelines in creative industries

Comfortable referencing credible sources and keeping content accurate and current

Ability to write content that naturally introduces Demoreel workflows as part of the solution (without sounding like ads)

Deliverables and workflow

Propose and maintain a content plan built around topic clusters (pillar pages plus supporting articles)

Provide outlines before drafting

Deliver publish-ready articles with:

Title options (SEO + human readable)

Suggested internal links and CTA placement

Image suggestions and alt text notes

Goal: publish the best practical blog on building an art portfolio, getting hired, and freelancing successfully, while growing Demoreel signups through helpful content that aligns with Google’s people-first guidance.
