This presentation should be well-structured, concise, and convincing, highlighting a strategically selected key insight from your report. Rather than summarising your entire analysis, you will focus on one of the three leadership dimensions discussed in your report that warrants deeper attention. The Live “Lightning Round” Presentation is an opportunity for you to showcase your ability to prioritise, synthesise, and communicate your most important insight effectively to an audience within a strict time frame.Your analysis will showcase your in-depth understanding of the most effective leadership styles and theories for the age of digital disruption, supported by relevant and current literature. This assessment provides a unique opportunity for you to expand your knowledge base and demonstrate your ability to apply critical thinking skills and engage with the most current and relevant thought leaders in the field.PurposeThe purpose of this assessment is to provide you with an opportunity to explore and analyse the leadership effectiveness of a 'media-active' leader who is adept at effectively communicating in the digital age. You will be required to critically
evaluate their leadership style and effectiveness in this era of disruption, using relevant and current literature and theories covered in this course.Through both the written report (Assessment 2 Part A) and the Live “Lightning Round” Presentation (Assessment 2 Part B) you will enhance your ability to apply theory to practice, demonstrate strategic focus, and communicate analytically rigorous insights in a professional and time-bound setting.
