to Cover the Responsibility for the other mobile shop in the bellow :-

- Mobile shop will cover the following Repairs : IC Level , Motherboard issue , Water damage .

- Giving best prices in market as B2B
- give diagnosis and update within __ Days
- Finish Device fix with in _____ Days


Reciving :
shop N 1 Will Deliver the Device with Video checking all the agreed parts
Shop N 2 Will Receive the Device and give Document that they receive the device
Shop N 2 Will Only Contact (____) for Pricing
Shop N2 will contact ____ OR ____ for update and following UP
Shop N2 Will be responsible for any Accident while he is fixing the Device

Shop N 2 responsible for Confidentiality of information on the device.
Shop N 2 will not start maintenance before confirming the responsible person in shop N1
Payment will be by Bank Transfer each ___ Days
Shop N 1 Agrees to the confidentiality of the agreement and all information within the agreement
