Wrike Support Request System Enhancement
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are transitioning our support request handling fully into Wrike and have the following need:
When users submit a support request via a Wrike Request Form, they will provide their own email address as well as additional email addresses (e.g., CC stakeholders).
We want the Wrike task created from the form to allow notifications or communication to be sent not only to the original requester but also to multiple dynamically captured email recipients provided in the form submission.
These additional recipients may be internal Wrike users or external clients (without Wrike accounts).
We are aware that the current “Email to Requester” feature only supports a single email address.
I would like to know:
Is there a native way to dynamically notify multiple email recipients (captured through the form) when comments or updates are posted on the created task?
If not, would you suggest an approach using Wrike Integrate, Wrike Collaborators, or any other configuration to achieve this?
What would be your recommended best practice based on our need?
