Wrike Setup & Research Assistant

I’m looking for someone who can jump in quickly to help me research best-practice workflows and, based on that insight, configure a brand-new workspace in Wrike. Wrike is my preferred platform, though I’m open to ideas you may have picked up from Monday.com if they improve the overall structure.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Gather and present concise research on how similar teams structure projects, folders and automations in Wrike
• Use that research to build out the workspace, including the folder hierarchy, custom fields and any basic dashboards or reports that will make day-to-day tracking easier
• Show me, via a short Loom or live walkthrough, exactly how you set everything up so I can maintain it going forward

I’ll provide access to Wrike as soon as we start. If you’ve set up spaces, blueprints or automations before, that experience will be a big plus.
