Webcam Video FullHD + Audio recording to mp4 (30fps) windows app c# wpf

Webcam recorder (Full HD 30fps Video + Audio in sync) using VS WPF C# solution.
Requirements:
* It should be a C# WPF form application running on windows version win10.
* It should record 2 to 4 webcam Video with Audio simultaneously (Audio source from webcam builtin mic or USB external mic) unlimited time. (may works hours continueously)
* Should have Start/Pause/Stop recording button.
* Simultaneous Audio Only recording (audio source selectable).
* Recording (Video or Audio) output should be in these formats – mp4, wav
* When stop recording, there is a button to burn the last recorded files to multiple DVD-RWs.
* Can split output file to smaller one if file size too big (more than DVD 4Gb) using zip/rar archive
* Recording time is unlimited and have SSD Storage space left warning if run out of storage.
* Have Audio VU meter to indicate the recording audio status.

* Even when minimized it should continue to record in background.
* Webcam settings options can be saved (resolutions and encoding type selection, bit-rate etc..)
