Let me add my own text to those.
1. I need those 2 pictures next to each other. Right now you can pick by clicking on them. I still need that as a required field but only one selection allowed. For the look, big size next to each other.
2: I need one of those 2 forms there. The last one. without SEND
3. I need those 3 picture next to each other, just pictures, for information about payment.
In bottom I need

FROM FIRST FORM (accepting terms etc)
SEND from second form.
Mail system its working fine, needs to do the same as now.
