WPF application for hotel booking

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a WPF application for managing room availability in a hotel. The primary goal of the application is to streamline the booking process and ensure that customers can easily see which rooms are available.
The application is already developed in WPF. We want to change the design. So we are looking for a developer who can design the WPF front end design (WPF + Telerik components ) and link the existing code. it may needs some code refactor as the font end design is going to change. But all the functionality is already there and developed.
There are total 45 pages. the timeline is Aug 5th.
The ideal developer will have experience in developing WPF applications + good design skills and be able to deliver a high-quality product within the given timeframe.
