WPF Speciallist

I am developing a WPF software. I need someone to help me. The task is simple, I have lots of PDF document which are reports. These reports are for users to fill out and send to the TAX Authority electronicly. i want the WPF Pages that need to be done be excacly the same in the look and feel as the PDF document.

This is long term relationship.
