WPF Expert

I'm programming a software wich have lot of forms. It's a taxational software where people can fill out their tax report and send it electronicly to the tax authorities. The forms are issued from the tax authorities as a PDF forms. And wee want to do the same report in WPF with same color scheme and all. I leave attached document for bidders to see what form look like.
