WPF Application Development for Windows

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a WPF application for Windows 10/11. The app should feature:

Main Page:
- Left-side toolbar/menu with 8 buttons (library symbols, e.g., Settings).
- Each page has a similar layout, with a Home button to save the current state.

User-Configurable Layout:
- Default 2x2 grid with 4 square containers.
- Expand symbol to change to a larger square and 3 smaller squares stacked vertically.
- Containers should be resizable.

Theming:
- Colors/themes selectable based on or linked to Windows theme.

Interactivity:
- Buttons should support click, hover, and right-click options.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in WPF and C#.
- Strong UI/UX design experience.
- Experience with Windows theming and user-customizable layouts.
- Knowledge of user interaction design principles.
