Looking for a creative XAML Designer

We are looking for an experienced XAML Designer to create modern, user-friendly UIs for our desktop application. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail and design and be able to bring the best out of our application. The designer should be able to create UIs that are both visually appealing and logical, taking into account user experience and accessibility when creating designs. The designer should also have a good understanding of how to create UIs that are responsive across different devices and platforms. Additionally, the project details will be discussed and provided to the designer by the programmer to ensure the designs are compatible with the application’s technology. We need two designs - one for customers and one for administrators - and we look forward to working with you to create innovative and exciting UIs for our application.

The application is a comprehensive management tool that can be used to facilitate the retrieval of tickets and statuses of clients. It is divided into two sections that provide distinct functionalities for both administrators and customers. The administrator section enables users to manage tickets and statuses of clients, while the customer section allows customers to view and update their tickets and statuses. The attached document provides a detailed description of what the tool can do and how it can be used. Additionally, new features are regularly added to the application to ensure that it keeps up with the latest technological advancements.

We will have long work, and it will be great if we can run the tool to check the Design without any functionality
