Fix UserControls

A developer developed UserControl. This UserControl had two text area or labels. I want an ability to put the text straight into XAML code where I use the UserControl. But the Developer developed the UserControl so wee need to put the code into the .cs file which are more complicated.

Can someone fix this for me?
